SOE: Route Calls to External Number Based on Schedule

Hi

We are introducing an Out of Hours number which will come into a DDI.

We want to direct to:

9-5pm monday - friday: external number 1
Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun: 5pm - 9am (following day) external number 2
Tue, Thurs, Sat: 5pm - 9am (following day) external number 3

What is the best method of achieving this, I seem to only be able to only link one time profile for each inbound route...

We are using the IPO SOE software version 4.0(7) and do not have VM.

Use the timeprofile for this
Then in your incoming call route assing the time profile and put in the number in the destination field
Make a profile for each number

I have 3 time profiles as above.

I have 1 Incoming Call route - but can only select one time profile.

Do you mean create 3 incoming call routes for the same DDI number and assign one time profile to each?

It should be possible to add more time profiles on your ICR
When you added the profile then you will have a new row under it where you can put a new time profile in it

Then you need to upgrade
If you know how to do that then go to :
But if you do not know how it is easy to help the system down

4.0.7 isn't a very good version anyway so an upgrade is not a bad thing to do anyway

We tried to upgrade yesterday it gave this error:

All selected units failed to transfer

Is this because there is not enough memory, so i should not validate?

hibroth, you do not need to use the 3.2.999 if you are on ready on 4.x (going to 4.2)
Only needed from any other version below 4.x

Be, This is a password issue
