SMDR sends 9 before number

Does anyone know how to keep the "9" from being sent through SMDR. It's messigng up my call accounting software.

Your call accounting software should be able to strip the 9 out. I know Veramarks eCas call accounting software, you can create a rule to strip the 9 from both the outoging and the incoming number.

check your line settings for a prefix
