Skill changes

We have a problem with agent administratio lately. One paticularly agent is assigned 3 skills and the system intermittantly deletes a skill from the agents login. I have checked the changes via Lucent Supervisor on the history file @MIS and there are no changes made by any team leaders. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Can you be more specific?
Does the user get logged off 1 out of 3 skills,
or does the CMS data from one of the skills dissappear?
If the user logs off from one skill,that can be done by the user via feature access code if assigned.

ok the agent is assigned 3 skills and if I check in the switch and Lucent Supervisor there are 3 skills. maybe an hour later I check again and there are only two skills assigned with no apparent remote change being made within CentreVU.
 
The agent might be setup on a 'time-table' to have the skill removed at a particular time. 'Time tables' can be viewed/modified in CMS. In CMS, hit the F4 key to view/modify time tables.
 
I checked and no timetables are setup
 
What does "list hist" show? On the SAT, not CMS...
 
i did 'list hist' from DSA and is doesn't show any remote changes via CMS or any direct changes on the SAT for htis particular agent. Never seen this happen before.
 
Perhaps i'm all wrong but...

You can remove skills by FAC. You need a feature code and a COR with permission. Perhaps you have some smart lazy agents or somebody hates you.

well first thing I did was remove the FAC for removing skills so it isn't that. Oh well maybe Lucent have seen this before so I'll check it out with them.
