sip trunks between ip office and BCM

Hi all,
I have an issue between A IP Office and BCM450.
That is connected via sip trunks.
It has been working for about 2 weeks and it just stop.
Users on the BCM will get a busy when calling an IP office, However when the ip office can call the BCM with out any problem.

Thanks in advance.
 
Sounds more related to the BCM, but a monitor trace will show if it even reaches the IPO or not :)

The BCM minitor shows the call being dial but drop off.
 
I mean the IP Office monitor, this will reveal what the issue is and if it's actually being attempted to the system or not :)
