I'm trying to configure our SIP Softphone, or any softphone for that matter, using the UCA client. It seems to work perfectly if I stay on the same network as my MAS and 3300, but when I leave the office, it just shows "Active device is offline" when switching to the softphone. I've played with checking off SIP Softphone, unchecking it, enabling Teleworker Softphone, and I just can't get it to work. Any ideas on where I can proceed to look next?
