I doubt 861071 is a valid number for SIP, you need to prepend the area code normally, for example if I dial 5188000 I need to send 01915188000 to line or the call will fail :)

Using xxxx's to match length makes your calls much faster than just using ; :)

There is no such thing as a local number with SIP, trust me you always need the full number. Anyway you are dialling 01706233875 but sending 601706233875 so it doesn't work :)

I have tried various short codes and ARS additions but still get 'call rejected, from the monitor trace are you of the opinion that it is still to do with short codes and ARS?
 
Regarding the question of 01773309070.

The customer's SIP provider will have a list of the SIP indials they are currently supporting for your customer.
Often the numbers are listed as an international dial number and this is only what you should enter to send back to the SIP carrier. The customer or the SIP provider themselves can give you a login to see the numbers directly from their portal. Throw these exactly as they list them in your ICR and User> SIP tabs.
Australian indials may be 08 8xxx xxxx. To work with SIP they need 618XXX XXXX. If you are showing use internal data for all options under SIP URI, then you need to insert Full Name or DID not ext number in users SIP tab.

While on the SIP portal, find the single indial your SIP service registers with. Place this in SIP Credentials> User Name and Authentication Name. Make sure it's selected in SIP URI> Registration.
