SIP interconnect between ipc and ip office

I have ip office 500v2 7.0 connected to ipc turrets over a sip connection, everything works great but the customer wants the caller ID name to pass through not just the number and I just want to know if anyone got this to work because I know its not tested yet??

your best bet might be to have your phone provider to pass the company name on all calls.
give this company a call, they may be able to help you
