Trying to setup SIP phone/ fax using Quintum Tenor AS, in NRS not sure what the L1 directyory # [DN] prefix is, is this number assigned some were already, or do i have to assigne a #, i seem to have everthing programmed correctly, just not able to see end point when in active mode.

Thanks for input

Did you define the SIP phone in User Endpoint tab?
Do you have a SIP trunk in the PBX to the SS?

yes and yes, and i have double posted, my apologies getting major pressure to get unit working for this site, have spent way to much time on this.

Nortel gave a homologation for one SIP phone model only but not Quintum...
Into the SIP signalisation there is a sequence needed to work with Nortel SS.
