Hi. Currently on the phone display we show the name of the dnis. can this be changed to show the number of the person calling and if so where can this be done. Thank you.
thanks for the information. This looks to be a global change is it? Is there any way that we can only make this change for 1 specific queue for those agents to see the incoming number?
