Short code for AA test on EVM

Hello,

Is it possible to create a short code for testing the AA?

the first AA is a language selection (press 1 or 2)

Action 1 or 2 go to a new AA menu with more action wich do a blind tranfer to a group or an extension

Normally you can test it by route it thru the incomming call route, but i dont have Trunks to test it.

You create a shortcode, feature - Voicemail collect telephone number - "modulename"

ACS - IP Office Implement
 
Better example - Short Code: *100

Telephone Number: "conferenc"

Feature: VoicemailCollect


ACS - IP Office Implement
 
shortcode= *90
Feature= Voicemail Collect
Telephone number = AA:AANAME


for embedded AA testing.
 
I have a IP500 version 4.1(9)

the AA:MainAA wont work, it used to be but not in this release the only thing i get is the voicemil box of tha name and not the options menu from the recorded message *8401

MainAA is the name of the auto attendant i had created, you must replace MainAA with the name of your AA

Example:

AA:MyNewAA
 
I know djuplift, but i think i've found it.
The problem is in the recording, when i record a text under *8401 then i do a playback and a save text then i disconnect then again i dial *8401 and the recorded text is gone. So that would explain why the wrong text is played.

Tomorrow i'll try to upgrade the new text files on the EVM.

Upgrading did the job, first it looked like it didn't work at all. But a reboot of the IP500 solved everything
