Hi all,

Recently we have installed mcafee viruscan etc on our network. This meant sharing the win95 machines hard-drives on the network to allow the epo server to communicate with them. We have had to allow user-level access in order to do this. The below problem has only occurred on a couple of pc's and can normally be resolved by unapplying the user-level access and then re-applying it.

When we attempt to add users to the share on the drive it says 'You cannot view a list of users at this time. Try again later'. No matter what i have tried it hasnt allowed me to share these drives to other users ?!?!?! Any advice ?

Thanks

Colin

If you are using NT servers to control your domain then you could use group pols and remote reg to save you a lot of hassle here since with these as part of your standard build you will have an administaive share to all drives
