Shared Outlook Calendars without Exchange

I have a client with 4 PC's wanting to share calendars.
2 PC's have Office 2K with Outlook 2k, 2 PC's have Office XP
with Outlook 2002.
Netfolders would work with the Office 2k machines but it appears M/S have dropped this feature from XP 2002.
Is there any way around this?
Client is a community non profit org and has very ltd funds.

Not using Outlook 2002 there isn't. It flat out will not work with this version. joegz
