Both the DASLIM and the DEFAUD are very translations specific. If the hunt group 99 is what you using, it is not correct. The @ can not be used. Only the port purchased are put into the hunt group. Also page 2 of the hunt form must have none and none in those fields. The set up mentioned by JZON is what the original set up was. T-4 had changed that 2 years ago to make the first 11 stations with a brdg-appr on botton ten of the last station. This was to solve MWI problems that can start to occur down the road. Also, each of the 12 stations administered in the switch have to have a coverage path, one that has inside/outside stroked y, all other fields will be no. Point 1 is h99. The COS of these stations is also very specific, you have to have call-fwd all call, and data privacy stroked y, all other fields must be no with the exception of restrict call forward off net.
Any changes on the switch side to these 12 stations or the hunt or anything associated with the audix must be updated to the audix by running and "audit switch-translation". If you busy a port in the daslim, after you feel the set up is correct, and test is long, and it passes, generally translations are good. If it fails, it will say, "see admin log" and although the admin log will point out some problems , it is generally vague, but does indicate improper setup. Make sure you run the audit switch names to, and also fill out the transfer dialplan in the daslim.
