Setting up communicator on 9.1 Presence feature not working on SE 2

HI all

Having no end of trouble with this. Trying to get IPOCC but have just spent two hours on the F#$king soft phone.

I get it to go but the Presence feature is not working. Starting playing with TLS but this is a hole I cannot get out of.

Its a new IPO SE One X is all up and going power users all good. Have set the XMPP address on One X portal to the IP address of there server.
Turned on Soft Phone Provisioning

Funny thing is it worked for a little while and I cannot see what has topped the thing

Sorted was the SIP Domain on IPOffice and One X not matching
