Hi
We need to do file transfers between two parts of our network that are separated by a firewall. At this time, we have an IIS FTP server running on one part and are transferring files with WS_FTP running at the other side.
However, now we must get rid of the "simple" FTP server as it is not secure enough. Several options have come through my mind (SSH server, secure FTP) but I'm not sure how to start with any of these. On top, I can't afford licenses for expensive SFTP servers.
Is there someone having experience with secure file transfers over a firewall or with secure FTP that can give a tip?
Thanks,
Tim
