Hey all,

When I set up one of my agents with the ability to service observe, I get an audible tone on the call. It doesn't happen just once, it happens all during the call. Not one long tone of course, just a beep, then it is fine, then it beeps again and so on and so forth.

Is there a way to disable the tone or at least make it so it just happe time and then no more?

cha sys fea; page 10 - Service Observing: Warning Tone? or Conference Tone?
Set both to no.

On the System Features screen in the Call Center section there is a field for Service Observing Warning Tone. Change that field to a 'n'. Be aware, some states require a tone if a call is being recorded or observed.
