I was wondering if it is possible to send email thru Outlook and have Act record the history or activity. I look through most of Act Knowledge Base and did not find any result.
I think you have to use Acts own word processor to get this working as a warning message appears when you first load up Outlook with Act connected. The alternative is to Quick Attach the email from within Outlook itself to the Act contact.
