In process for completing a migration from Meridian Mail to Call Pilot. In Symposium with Meridian Mail, GIVE IVR XXXX with TREATMENT XXXX will put a call into a given mailbox.
While this command works ok in Call Pilot for announcements built in the SDN table, it does not work when trying to send a call to a mailbox, just gets ring no answer. I'm thinking I'm missing something simple..Any ideas?

On your give IVR statement, are you sending to the IVR ACD queue that is built in the pbx and acquired in Symposium or are you attempting to send directly to the CallPilot CDN?

You also can use;
ROUTE CALL yyyy
Where yyyy is a phantom DCFW to voicemail

Pronei- tried it both ways..
Utreg- that works, but not the solution I'm looking for. Don't want to manage a bunch of phantom dn's.

Does anyone have this working?

Yes, I have it working at several locations. If it works using GIVE IVR xxxx WITH TREATMENT yyyy and yyyy is an SDN to an application, then I don't see why it is failing if yyyy is a mailbox number. xxxx is getting you to CallPilot and yyyy is telling CallPilot what to do.

You might post this in the Symposium forum as well as there are other experts there that may not look at this CS1000 forum.
