We need inbound phone calls going into personal extensions to go directly into voicemail when agent is logged into ACD. If I use the feature SendAll Calls it works but are there any other way to do this automatically?
if you activate a cover path on the station as permenatly active this will work , then you can have another cover path assigned for normal use if required , then it would be up to the agents to dial a feature access code to toggle between the two cover paths as required.
Thanks for your help. Another way to do this and works for me is configuring the Enhanced Call Forwarding with the voicemail. In this way I can decide between Internal and External calls.
