Send call to vm

Hi everybody,
Is there a way we can send picked up phone call directly to someone's voice mail without forwarding it back to the extension and having it to ring four times before Audix picks up? Kind of inconvenience.

Equipment: Definity G3si V12, 8405Ds, Audix LX R1.1

Thank you, but unfortunatelly it did not help. There is feature "Transfer to voicemail" on page 4 in FAC table. Does anybody know how to use it? I assigned a code to this feature but get fast busy tone every time I dial it.

You could try changing the Coverage path for that extention.

The FAC only works when the coverage goes to you and then you can tranfer the call back to the original sets voicemail,

Basically a call comes in, goes to the first point of coverage, then you hit transfer, the FAC, transfer.
