Hi there,

I'm looking for a solution to "twinn" some hunt groups to the mobile, but not ALL hunt-goups (some shall only ring on the deskphone).
I found a gerneral setting only, that enables twinning for hunt-groups (y / n), but no way to differentiate between the ones...

Any ideas how to set this up / or for a workaround?

thanks a lot!

You can't choose which huntgroups that the user is a member of should go to mobile.
If the user has twinning and huntgroup calls to twin enabled all calls will go to the twinned mobile.

thanks janni78!

therefore I use two separate phones on the desk - but I thougt this can only be a workaround.
I was sure, there will be some special & top secret & powerfull & simple Source-Number-Entrie-Codes and there we go [shadeshappy]

okay... I'll have to live with this... [sadeyes]
Or any creative workaround?
thanks anyway!!

Haven't tried it but one way might be to have an "dummy" extension in the group with Follow Me to the twinned extension.
Then disable Twinning on forwarded calls.

Don't know if Follow Me counts as forwarding, also it won't work on Longest Waiting hunt groups and causes trouble if the users need to be able to log in and out from the group.
