Secure SIP (Avaya) vs SIP (Skype)

I have 2 sets of Avaya Infra:

1st set (SMGR81/CM81/SM81)
2nd set (SMGR81/SM81) ---- this set is for routing purpose only so this has a tieline to the "1st set of aura 8"

I also have a Skype connected to the "2nd set" of Avaya.

Issue: When Skype or Avaya perform extension to extension call, I'm getting busy signal.

Investigation: What I noticed, is Skype is sending sip:xxxx@domain.com (unsecure) and Avaya SIP Stations sends sips:xxxx@domain.com (secure)

Any one tried using SM to convert traffic from secure sip to unsecure sip?

are you doing srtp?
is 'enforce sips for srtp' enabled in your CM sig group?

SRTP not yet, because vendor forgot to include in the BOM so its still under process.
enforce sips on srtp is yes. I want to try that but challenge this will greatly affect features. if I will put equinox conferencing later on "enforce sips on srtp" is mandatory so I cannot play around with such changes. If i will changes this now it will have effects on all 10 countries im putting. Will post the trace later.
