Hello....
We are doing a massive network of three SCNs with 20 nodes in each SCN. THat is the simple part thus far.
SCN:
What we are running into is the main site is a 412 with 2 PRIs and routing out to each node from there. We want the call to route like we do at non networked IPOs, so try to follow below: (have to use the 'vm:fultonincoming' so the caller hears rings... damn assisted transfer doesn't ring)
-Call comes in on DID 9060 at host site
-Goes to VM:FultonIncoming
-If condition is false (closed)
-go to VM:FultonAA
-If condition is true (open hours)
-Ring hunt group 59059 at the remote site (ip406)
-If answered, great, done
-If not answered, goes to VM:FultonAA
Problem is the host site doesn't recognize the 59059 as a valid ext/hunt group. The SCN is up, the two sites are aware of each others ext, just not the hunt group. And I of course cannot do the hunt group on the host site, becuase you cannot specify extensions not on that local system.
Help!!!!
