You can do this with Effectivity Groups.
In the EMC Configuration Tab select Effectivity Groups.
1. Create a new group for the old prices and configure the date/time range that you want this to end on. Eg. 31st October 2020 @ 23:59:59. Its good practice to name the effectivity groups something informative like "Pre 1st Nov-2020 Prices"
This will cause this group to expire 1 second before midnight on the 31st october.
Assign all your old prices to this group.
2. Create a new group for the new prices and configure the date/time range that you want it to start on eg. 1st november 2020 @ 00:00:00.
Assign all your new prices to this group.
NOTE: Unfortunately you must assign and "end date" to an effectivity group, so eventually your new prices will expire on the date you select. The only workaround to this is to remove the effectivity group from all new prices after 1st november, otherwise you may forgot about it and suddenly one day all your prices will stop working.
