Is it possible to save speed dials on IP phones? were going to switch a bunch of phones from static to DHCP and was wondering if there was a way to keep all the memory. i can do this on the ECG CM Phones using a FTP server.

yes it is possible
you need a ftpserver to do it
you can change the 46xxsettings.txt file
then it can backup to the ftp server and your speeddails and calllogs are saved
all the settings on the phones are also saved
here an example of a 46xxsettings.txt file for ftp
