S8710 both flash drive not recognizable

dear all,

both my usb flash backup drive are not recognizable on both 8710....don't have root couldn't mount the drive in telnet but i've verified both drives are working fine under linux and windows....

error msg i got under the web maintainence is 'couldn't locate flash drive...' or could not find flash drive couldn't remember excatly....

don't remember having the flash drive plug in during the initial install to make it work.....=(

Get a combo patch from Avaya to recognize the usb. Should work.
