S8700 integration with IP Office412 1

We are trying to integrate Avaya S8700 with IP office 412 & facing issues, We are trying to connect on the CAS T1 & from the configuration everything seems fine. The physical T1 is also up, The channels on S8700 are showing Inservice/Idle But when we make a call, the call is never successful. The S8700 shows Denial event 1117..

Can anyone suggest what needs to be checked.
