I'm running XP Pro on a peer to peer network of 6 computers. I had an error on one of the computers last week and it had to do with a corrupted area on the hard drive. It said to run chkdsk which it automatically ran when I rebooted. Ever since than however, when I go to print from within the main program we use to run our machine shop I get a dos window popup with the following:
rundll32.exe shell32.dll, SHCreateLocalServerRunDll {601ac3dc-786a-4eb0-bf40ee.... than I can't read the rest. If I stop this process nothing prints. If I let it go it takes about one whole minute to print a page. It comes up everytime that I print from this computer from this software.
I ran a full defrag Friday but the problem remains.
I would appreciate any help that anyone can provide me.
Thanks,
