Hi all,
We have Windows Server 2003 and Sav 10 (corporate Verison).
On a few of the workstations, after a user logs on, rtvscan.exe takes over the PC - as in 100% CPU time - and freezes it for about 4 to 5 minutes. It will eventually finish it's scan and return the PC to the user but by that time they (the user) had already found my office and started whining about it...
Seriously - that is a long time to tie up the machine with an initial scan...this appears to only be the case on the PCs that handle multiple users - log in and log offs. The other single user workstations don't complain about it.
I read about an issue with 8.0 but this is suppose to be a non-issue with 10 - yet there it is.
Any thoughts on a fix/workaround?
Thanks
