In all the time I've worked with Avaya admin, I'm not too proud to admit that the manner in which calls are routed has always challenged me.
System is an S8500 - CM 3.0
We've sucessfully set up IP trunks between two offices in separate states and want to select a handfull of individuals to test them. From a phone, we would dial the 7 digit number to the other office, if an IP channel is availble call over that line, if not then route to our long distance trunks.
Can anyone summarize the steps involved to making this work for a few users, on the premise that it will eventually roll out to everyone? OR, a link to steps involved would be appreciated as well.
