rings b4 call forward to VM on Merlin Magix

I just inherited a customer with a Merlin Magix. After the flooding this week in OH, we moved the sets still functioning to a "dry" part of their building and have the lines ringing to extensions. He would like the extension to ring 6 times before forwarding to VM for incoming lines and I/C calls.

I looked in the manual they had and it appeared to be Delay Ring Call Forward which I changed to 6 with no effect.

What am I missing? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Haven't programmed a AT&T unit in quite some time.

The feature is cover delay, under that you'll have primary, secondary, and group. You'll change the group cover delay for each extension.
