Good Afternoon all,

I am a little rusty with the Avaya Partner phones...haven't worked on one in four years, so I am in need of a little help....

I currently have a pizza restaurant as a client. They have 6 incoming analog lines, 5 stations, Small Voicemail PCMCIA card (configured with 2 mailboxes), Partner Release 7....callers are calling in for orders, schedule parties, talk to a manager...basic "pizza" stuff...

We setup customer to have incoming calls come in, ring hunt group 4 times, then auto attendant.

I want to make selector code that when the caller presses it, it will ring all 5 stations. With the Partner PC Messaging PC Card....I am really limited.

Suggestions? Thanks in advance...

create a calling group #502,group 2,assign extension you want to ring.set selector code to transfer to ext72.

Thanks! Works like a champ....
Is it possible to change the number of rings after the selector code transfer to be like 20 rings before voicemail but leave the first 4 rings (on incoming) at 4?

Not sure since there isn't a group coverage with that voicemail. Try setting extension 10's vms coverage #321, I'm pretty sure thats were it covering to.
