reseting ds30 v2 1

has anyone every reset a ds30 v2 via dte before and if so how are can you point me to a tech bulletin or something
 
Probably wrong but I have had every sucess carrying the default out in the same manner as I would a main unit.
On reboot ensure Manager/TFTP server is running and check on view to see that the unit is taking the bin file.

Just out of interest whats the issue with the DS module currently?
 
when you plug in the module power the light goes green and then flashes red and none of the phones on that module work.
 
The DTE ports on IP Office expansion modules are not used for any maintenance or diagnostics except under instruction from Avaya.

You should get advice from your vendor.

jconrad0305 - What phones do you have? How many phones are plugged into the module? Is the status LED cycling green, red, off?
 
there is 30 phones that are 5400 series. i Was on site today and found out that the power supply was bad and was causing the module to boot and then power would cut out and then come back on. once i swapped out the power supply everything was okay. The customer pulled the plug from the back of the module and that is what caused the power supply to go bad. Note to self unplug from ups and not module
