Reset VMPro user via handset?

Is there a way to reset a vmpro users password via a handset?

If you are logged into to the mailbox and in Intuity mode
you can use the Audix hidden prompt #5 and follow prompts to re-record name,set password,etc.

Unfortunately, you must also know the original password - so this may not work in certain situations.

So the only way is to go into phone manager?? It seems that their should be an easy way for the customer to reset lost passwords....
