hi, is there a formula or computation in setting up a call accounting system? let say we have 200 employees. Do i have to request for our telco billings?

I'm not sure of your question.

No matter he amount of users on your system, you need 3rd party software if you want to track your calls.

well i need to know how to start and what are the data needed before purchasing the 3rd party call accounting sys. What will be my baseline, the number of auth code or stations? thanks again.
 
You would be better to work this through with the call accounting vendor
 
look into verasmart ecas works really good with avaya cm cdr
