Report Refreshes When Viewed

I have a number of scheduled Crystal Reports that are sent to certain user via email.

When the recipient, who has Crystal Reports installed on their PC, opens the report, it tries to refresh the report.

Why is this happening?

Is 'Database|Verify on Every Print' checked in the report?
