Nothing Happens When Print Button is Clicked

I have Crystal executables compiled in 8.5. When I run the .exe and clicked the Print button, nothing happens. Any idea is greatly appreciated.

It turned out that a file p2BDAO.dll is missing in c:\windows\system32 folder. I copied the file from another PC. The report now works.
