Hi

We are in the process of migrating from NT to 2003 the machines are on seperate networks & we can't connect them.

How can I relicate the Directory tree of one server onto the other?

Install new NT 40 server like BDC.
Take this server out from the Network
Promote to the PDC
and now you can install new server Win 2003 like DC and promote it to the Active Directory ...

No I think I confused you a little.

We have a tree structure that is about 200 directories deep.
Is it posible to recreate this tree? On Unix I would just script it, is there a simular method or tool for Windows.

If you have the resource kit use Robocopy, if not than xcopy with the proper switches will work. Go to the command prompt and type xcopy /? for switches.

Thanks

Xcopy did the trick
