Removing EPN's

Does anyone know how to remove the software associated with an EPN. I was able to remove the fiber link but the system will not let me remove the cabinet. I'm getting an error message that says "Cabinet has translation."??

do a "list config port X" where X is the EPN #. It should show just the EI card and "no board" if you have truelly removed everything. Do a "change cabinet X" and take out that remaining circuit pack(s). Then try the "remove cabinet X". -CL
