Hi all,

I have an issue on a CS1KS 4.5 with only 1 MG.
For some reason the REMOTECAB3 hostname keeps appearing in my host table and I would like to get rid of it!

How do I remove that record from the dbase?

=> prt host

This appears because you have a dual expansion daughterboard. Nothing to worry about.

Ahhhhh D'uh!!!

Thanks mate. I have no experience with the SSC systems. That makes perfect sense, 1/3 and 2/4, however makes no sense!!

Original daughterboards were single port one on the top and 2 on the bottom. Then they came out with the dual port boards. No need to reconfigure what was already installed just add to it.

Think back to the old 8 port analog cards when they came out with the 1st 16 port card 0,8,1,9 etc.... stupid but worked.
