Remove Magix "dial 9 for outside line" requirement 4

Is this possible for a Hybrid Magix system? Newly installed Centranet lines are forcing callers to dial 9 twice to make outbound calls. I doubt the telco will remove their dial 9 requirement; can we do this on the Magix?

Insert a 9 in the ARS Tables.

Thanks redphone. If I choose Sub A Digit, I am then asked for table (1-26), route (1-6). How do I determine what is being used in my situation?

Table 25 (Default Toll)
Table 26 (Default Local)

Route are for each path(pool) available to dial out. They should be setup in sequence. route 1 then route 2, etc.

Any reason why customer would not be able to dial International calls now?

More info: customer has not been able to dial out internationally since I went into ARS, Sub-A digit, and added 9 to Table-route 25-1 and 26-1. I just removed the nine from 25-1 and 26-1, and they can now dial international (but with the 9, 9, requirement). How am I affecting international dialing here?

When the 9 is added, so you still need to dial a 9 for the call with the provider?

The inserted 9 should just seize a trunk from the pool. Then whatever protocol for the provider should be used.

My guess is the number of digits gets hosed with the inserted 9 from the table.

Yes, the 9 will seize a trunk from the Magix pool, and their Centranet lines require another 9 to dial any number. Everything works fine, it's just that the customer wants to dial 9 only once. Based on suggestions in earlier posts, I inserted a 9 in the ARS Sub A Digits table. Customer was then able to make calls w/ just a single 9 entered. They called back and told me they couldn't dial internationally after I made this change. So they are back to where they started now, dialing 9, 9 to get out.

I think you need to add the 9 in table 27-1 dial 0 Table.
The reason why it works when you manually dial 9,9 is you go over the local table and then seize the centrex line
