Yes, the 9 will seize a trunk from the Magix pool, and their Centranet lines require another 9 to dial any number. Everything works fine, it's just that the customer wants to dial 9 only once. Based on suggestions in earlier posts, I inserted a 9 in the ARS Sub A Digits table. Customer was then able to make calls w/ just a single 9 entered. They called back and told me they couldn't dial internationally after I made this change. So they are back to where they started now, dialing 9, 9 to get out.
