We have an intercom with a button outside of our main entrance. It has an extension of 230. The button is programmed to ring extension 231 when pushed.

When 231 is called it also rings five other extensions so that we can hear when the door phone ring at those locations.

One of the extensions it rings to is 266 - however, we want it to no longer ring there. Can someone tell me how to do this.

I have access to the config options via an M7310 phone.

sounds like you have an answer dn of 231 on the other sets

press feature * 0 on these sets and check the button above the intercom keys if it says answer 231 then you need to go into set programming ,then line access then to answer dn
and remove it
