Hi Guys again

I have setup a ISDN dialin connection on my IP Office 500v2 Rls8(18) pbx with the default Remote Manager user.I have combo BRI card installed and as i read in the docs it uses the D-channel for establishing connection. My IPO is set with a DHCP server enable,The Remote Manager user is set to Dialin.
In the RAS i can see the Dialin, (i didn't touch that since is the default one), neither i touch the IP Route since i have a DHCP enable... i have read on the manual that i don't need it.
I have programmed a DID number with "Any data" and destination "Dialin"
When i am trying a ISDN dialup connection the IPO answers,my user name and password are accepted but when my laptop say "Register you compiuter to the network" i have the following error

"Error Connecting To Dial up Connection
Checking network protocol connection
TCP/IP CP reported error 5:Access is denied."

I have made many attemps with the DHCP to be to Dialin mode but with no luck
It drives me mad
Any help i will be greatfull
Thanks

Try set your IP address on your remote ocnnection to 192.168.99.1, see if that works. Thats how we do it.

Try use the default ICR for DialIn. No DDI programmed so any number should work.

Maybe the IP Address the IPO is giving out clashes with your LAN??? Discinnect from your LAN/WLAN and give it another go.

Make sure you are using the right username and password

username - RemoteManager
I normally change the the password.

then give it a go

We set up an IP route on the customers IP Office to our network, then to the Dialin User, then use OUR IP Office to connect via ISDN to the customers site. As long as my PC's gateway is the IPO then it works a treat.

You also need to set up the relevant IP Route and Service on YOUR IPO to make the connection.

Indeed, you meet have something wrong. Also no need for a specific DDI just the blank any data route will route a modem call correctly no matter what you dial, also if use the default 99.x route (and put yourself in that range), then tick "enable NAT" on the LAN port that's connected to the customers network you can then can use VM Pro client to manage the vm server remotely too :)
