Remote access to call pilot?

I maintain 2 call pilot one is connected to a 0/32 and the other to a cics.I am having problem to remotely access to the one connected to the cics the modem is progammed correcty also the remote access connection, but no problem wih the 0/32.Does anyone have any suggestion on this annoying problem.Any help on this would be much appreciated.

How are you connecting? and to the IRAD or to the Call Pilot?

I am connecting thru my computer modem to the call pilot and by the way I also have problem remotely using the Irad on the same system. Thank for your reply.

Is the number you are calling into shared by any other device? (alarm, fax, modem)

Thank you rikrodgers for your reply but unfortunately I have tested 3 different lines on off hour time and I get the same trouble .I find this very peculiar,

Maybe some more info like versions, modem settings, how you are dialing, what programming you have done to allow remote access. maybe we can spot something.

Irad in CICS is not very reliable ; some will not connect no matter what. I had to end up with FastRad wih couple sites .

This is what I was afraid because I am not having any problem with other sites and I do not have access to Itas so I will have to live wih this situation.Thank you guys for your help.

I have had trouble dialing in before but always resolved it, without giving details as asked then your problem is hard to help in resolving.

BTW We pretty much dont need ITAS around here.
