I'm sorry, but I've got the same opinion as phoneguy.
If you've never worked on a car, you can probably change a tire. But you're not going to rip the alternator out and replace it. You need to know your limits.
As a beginner trying to troubleshoot too deep into the Audix can and has led to problems. Stick to adding, removing and changing subscribers, auto attendants, etc.
Your voice mail is more than likely in production. Taking advice, making changes you don't KNOW what they do can lead to major downtime...which will be more costly than having a tech who knows what they're doing come in in the first place.
