Wireless phones - What all are folks using?

we currently have a lot of Spectralink Versity 9240 series, which are at EOL, and are looking for a replacement. we just need to be able to call these users from inside and outside of our facility, and they need to be able to place calls in/out as well. we have played with the workplace app on cell phones and zebra devices. this works ok, but is too easy for the workplace app to be closed out.

Anyway, what other methods are folks using for in-house mobile staff?

Avaya DECT R4 with 3735 sets.

How many is "a lot"? (DECT R4 on Aura for example taps out at about 750 extensions)
