Regular disconnect and instant reconnect using an app.

Hello,

I have some users who uses iexplore as published app., on Citrix 3.0 with web client.

These users reported me that they are very often disconnected from this app., and imediatly reconnected. Disconnect occurs often towards 20-30mns of activity.

Only iexplore causes this trouble. The other app. like outlook never disconnect.

For information, I made a copy of iexplore.exe and published it.

My timeout for disconnect or idle sessions are set to 2 hours.

An idea?
 
Here is the message users obtain when the disconnect occurs:
network or dial up problems are preventing communication with the Citrix Metaframe Server. If the problem persists, please contact your network administrator.
 
I have seen a problem where offline caching in the users profile can cause this.

Log in to each users and disable offline caching.
