When you connect to the system:
from the @ prompt type up to get to the .prompt
type add user:
.A USER
the system will respond with
.Add
add the user as mailbox No, Extn No, COS where COS is Class Of Service. This could be the same as the 2974.
.6454,6454,5 {return}
the system will respond with
.Add
Press return again and then type Exit to return to the @ prompt
From a phone access the mailbox and follow the prompts to set the autocopy mailbox. From memory it is 164 from 'ready'
Of course this assumes that COS 5 (in this example) allows autocopy. To check, from the . prompt type l cos:
.L COS 5
It is also possible to modify a mailbox autocopy from the system manager terminal, but of the top of my head I can't remember the exact command. I think it may be:
@M MBX AC
