Redialing issue in IP Office Digital Phones

Hi,

I'm facing issue when redialing numbers from phone call logs.
If I redial mobile number in logs, the call is established, even no [9] is inserted in the begining of the number, but if I want to redial landline number in the logs, no [9] is inserted, and the call which fails is giving incompatible.

Is there any corresponding enhanced dialing rules for digital phones in IP Office 3.2 that can treat this issue?
Any advice???

You can put a prefix on the lines. it will add in the 9 on every call that comes in over that line. it will also add it on the visable caller id as well.
