Hello, we use verint call recording for all of our call centers. I have a non call center user that is requesting call recording. He does not want to use the verint because he only wants to record certin calls. We are running a definity 3.03 and mostly 46XX phones. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks.

put a button on the phone "audix-rec" and it will allow recording to the user's audix mailbox.

This is a great solution, but it is dependent on the user pressing the audix-rec button on their phone to initate the recording.

We are using a octel system. will this still work?

Use the verint ROD (recording on demand)app.

Are you using IP phones?
Are you using delivery or interception to record?
